Most new builds take 8–12 months from permit approval to final walkthrough. Timeline depends on home size, finishes, and site conditions. We’ll give you a realistic schedule before we break ground — not a number we made up to close the deal.
 
We build throughout the Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions — including Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Florence, and surrounding communities. If you’re building along the South Carolina coast or inland, reach out and we’ll let you know if we serve your area.
 
Both. We have proven floor plans that work well on Lowcountry lots, or we can design entirely from scratch around your land and lifestyle. Either way, everything is tailored specifically to you — not pulled from a catalog.
